## About this site

This is the English entry point of a blog that documents **Chinese civil
litigation and administrative litigation** from a practitioner's perspective:
appeal procedure, litigation-fee reduction and exemption, deemed withdrawal of
appeals, and retrial applications.

## Language

The full archive is written in **Chinese** — fifty-odd case notes organised by
category and tag, each quoting the relevant published judgment.

English translations are being added one article at a time. When an article has
an English version, a language switch appears at the top of that article; until
then, the switch in the site header takes you between this page and the Chinese
home page.
